I could not have asked for a better dad. He's so amazing to me and not just me and my family but everyone. He's goes out of his way to make people feel loved and welcomed. He's dealt with so much in his life, some things I don't think I could ever handle and yet he is the most amazing man I know. He's my hero. I have always been able to be close to my daddy, I'm never afraid to tell him anything. He's always been there to support me with a big smile on his face, the smile that said, "That's my baby girl." I would always smile back with a smile that said, "That's my daddy." No matter how much he denied it when we'd argue I know he had a hard time with me growing up. Dad's never been good at hiding his emotions. The Lowder's have a curse, you can always tell how we're feeling by our eyes. When I turned 18 and even graduated high school everyday his eyes would say, "She's almost there, she's leaving me." I love my dad sooo much! I treasure every moment we had together when I was living at home. I miss those days soo much and wouldn't trade anything. He was always there from cheering me on when I learned to ride a bike, to kissing my booboo's when I fell, teaching me how to drive a car, being on the scene quicker than lightning in my first accident, talking to me about how stupid teenage boys are when I had my first date (I just laughed), then picking up the pieces of my broken heart and wiping away my tears. I remember the day when he helped me pack up my room than walked in my closet and stood there. I refused to cry until that night when I went and sat in my closet curled up in a ball and cried for hours. I miss my daddy soo much! He is so amazing and my role model. I love him and owe him so much for me being the person I am today.
Daddy, Thank you for making me into the person I am today. I owe it all to you. I know I can handle anything through your teachings and amazing example. No guy will ever be good enough for me haha. They will never be good enough for me because they will never be as amazing as you. Being able to be a bishop and then a high counsel man and still be in one piece. You are so strong and I hope I can be like you. I already know I inherited your stubborness so I know I had to have inherited more qualities from you. Hopefully good ones ;) haha. I love you so much and I promise to do well in college and be responsible.
